Brad Pitt has just dished on the one type of relationship that he never had in his life.
While appearing on Armchair Expert podcast for an interview, the Hollywood actor candidly talked about this past relationship.
"You know, I've never had a gay experience,” the Fight Club actor said. “I kind of missed that window, but if I did, it wouldn't be you."
Meanwhile, he recalled his sobriety journey, which he took after his split from his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, as he started attending Alcoholics Anonymous, AA, meetings.
For those unversed, the Mr. & Mrs. Smith actors were married from 2014 to 2019. The ex-couple shares six kids, including biological and adopted, Shiloh Jolie, Knox Léon, Pax Thien, Vivienne, Zahara Marley, and Maddox Chivan.
"I was pretty much on my back, on my knees. I was trying anything anyone threw at me. It was a particular difficult time,” he noted, before adding, “I needed rebooting. I needed to wake the (expletive) up, in some areas.”
"It gives you permission to go, 'OK, I'm gonna step out on this edge and see what happens.' And then I really grew to love it."
"I just thought it was incredible, men sharing their experiences with their foibles, their missteps, their wants, their aches and a lot of humor with it," the 61-year-old actor added before signing off.
Its pertinent to mention that Brad Pitt has been sober for nearly a decade.
