Demi Lovato just came up with her own cook book!

The 32-year-old, who recently tied the knot with her fiancé, Jordan Lutes on May 25, 2025, will be releasing ONE PLATE AT A TIME: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food on March 31, 2026.

An official release reads, "Demi Lovato's cooking journey started when she was almost thirty. After years of navigating a challenging relationship with food, she found that learning to cook-- discovering how to truly nourish herself in mind, body, and spirit--was a revelation."

In the book, the Confident singer’s “top five” recipes will be featured along with multiple categories, totaling more than 80 recipes.

She had promised her future readers that there would be no "overwhelming" ingredients or cooking skills required to re-create the recipes, but would be easy to execute as she would "emphasize enjoyment over perfection."

"This is a cookbook for people who struggle to enjoy food without guilt and for anyone looking for a gentler, more grounded approach to cooking," the release added.

Previously, Lovato has opened up about the difficult relation she has had with food since she struggled with an eating disorder.

In 2020, in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the Heart Attack hitmaker discussed the lack of support she had during recovery.

“I didn’t know that until today too,” Demi Lovato said at that time, adding, “But I lived a life for the past six years that I felt like wasn’t my own. Because I struggled really hard with an eating disorder, yes, and that was my primary problem and then it turned into other things, but my life, I just felt was — I hate to use this word, but I felt like it was controlled by so many people around me.”
