Reality star Olivia Attwood has signed up for a primetime TV role.

Attwood, 34, made an appearance on This Morning alongside hosts Ben Shepherd and Cat Deeley where she spilled the beans on her next big project.

"I have some news, it's very exciting. I'll be joining you guys on the [This Morning] hosting team, on the other side [of the sofa]!" the Love Island star told the audience.

She continued, "I'm going to be doing a couple of shows in the summer, I'm very excited to be joining you guys. A huge honour."

Having previously been part of Loose Women’s daytime panel, Olivia described her new role as a “very natural progression.”

"I've grown up watching this show and being part of the daytime team on Loose Women has been the best experience, this just feels like a very natural progression."

During the segment, she also promoted her ITV documentary series The Price of Perfection, which explores the booming industry of plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, and weight loss treatments among others.

Olivia confirmed that the series has been renewed for a second season, adding that the episode count has been boosted from five to six.

Olivia has also appeared on Olivia Attwood vs The Trolls, Meets Her Match, and Bad Boyfriends.

Away from the screen, Olivia also stars on KISS' radio show The Sunday Roast with Pete [Wicks] and Olivia.
