Cher is standing by her son Elijah Blue Allman as he faces a difficult time.
After reportedly showing unusual behavior at a home in Landers, California, the 48-year-old son of the Burlesque actress was hospitalized on Saturday, June 14.
As per a recent by People an insider revealed that the 79-year-old singer is doing everything she can to support Elijah.
“Like all mothers, she’s doing everything she can to help her son and help him get well,” the tattler said.
According to a statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a call about “a male subject acting erratically.” When they arrived, emergency medical staff were already examining Allman.
“Deputies located drugs inside the home and Allman was transported to the hospital,” the statement continued. “The investigation is ongoing.”
It is pertinent to mention that Cher shares her son Allman with her second husband, late musician Gregg Allman.
