Buckingham Palace dropped a few heartfelt moments of King Charles with special companions during his cancer treatment.
On August 26, the official Instagram account of the Royal Family celebrated International Dog Day with a charming video featuring the monarch and Queen Camilla interacting with various dogs.
The statement reads, "A round of a-paws for our four-legged friends, because today is International Dog Day!
"From Medical Detection Dogs and Guide Dogs, to dogs on the set of ‘Rivals’ and in the gardens of Buckingham Palace and Holyroodhouse…
"Here are just a few of the many wagging tails we’ve met on Royal visits this year."
King Charles has been undergoing cancer treatment since 2024.
At the end of 2025, the monarch shared good news about his reduced cancer treatment.
He shared that an early diagnosis and "effective intervention" mean his treatment can be reduced in the new year.
Also, this new post by the royal family came ahead of Harry and Meghan's UK arrival.
