Questions have started to crop up in the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexual assault case, and former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani is the one stepping up with them all.

According to Fox News Digital, while Diddy’s case is currently on going, with nearly six weeks of testimony the rapper’s legal team announced they may rest by tomorrow or the day after, despite asking for more than two weeks, only last week.

Now with everything slated to come to a close sooner, the former prosecutor sat down for a candid conversation and posed a series of questions.

Number one, “What happened to Gina, who was Victim 3 in the indictment? The government said they were unable to get a hold of her, and she did not testify.”

Perhaps “was she afraid, embarrassed, paid off by Combs, or was there another reason why she didn’t comply with the subpoena?”

“Regardless, it was a mistake by the prosecution to list her as a victim when they did not have assurances that she would appear,” she noted in her chat with the outlet.

She also posed a serious warning to the prosecutes near the end, when she said, “they should have known Combs has the resources to threaten or pay witnesses not to testify and have planned accordingly.”

However, that was not all, further questions brought to light, Diddy's chief of staff, Kristina "KK" Khorram and why they weren’t called into testify, despite KK basically having “run the enterprise.”

For those unversed, even in court mentions of KK were made, specifically during Cassie Ventura’s testimony, when text messages from 2017 were presented.

They showed Cassie talking to KK about how Diddy ‘dragged’ her by her hair.
