King Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton and other senior royals displayed a show of unity to mark Trooping the Colour on Saturday.
Members of the royal family came together to mark the King’s official birthday with the annual Trooping the Colour Parade, showcasing the best of military pageantry and celebrating the monarch’s links to the Armed Forces.
The King and Queen led the procession to Horse Guards Parade, followed by the Princess of Wales, who travelled with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis in the second Ascot Landau.
Later, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Queen Camilla, Prince Edward, Duchess Sophie, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis joined King Charles as they gathered on the balcony to watch the flypast - including the Duke of Kent, who did not participate in the carriage procession.
Following a show of unity by the royals, Prince Harry, who was not invited to the annual event, shared a video message to mark Germany's first Veterans Day on Sunday.
The duke began and closed his speech in German, greeting viewers with "Guten Tag Deutschland!", before saying it was a "profound privilege" to deliver the message on the "sacred day."
In the video clip, Prince Harry is seen sporting several ceremonial medals including the Afghan Campaign medal, Golden Jubilee medal, Diamond Jubilee medal and Platinum Jubilee medal.
