Meghan Markle aims big with ‘As Ever’ brand

Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand ‘As Ever’ has drawn comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, but insiders claim it is no accident.

A source told Puck that Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, was inspired by Gwyneth’s bold, exclusive approach to branding and wanted to create something just as impactful.

“There was the thought that she could dominate any space she decided to get into. But she doesn’t want to be accessible.” the insider revealed.

They added that while Meghan wants to be a ‘Montecito queen’, she’s not willing to fully commit like Gwyneth did, saying, “Gwyneth was like, ‘I don’t care if you’re poor and can’t afford this. Get in or get out.’”

After weeks of rumours about a possible feud, Meghan Gwyneth put the gossip to rest in a fun video, reported The Mirror.

The two, who both live in Montecito, appeared together in a light-hearted Instagram video to address rumours of their feud.

The video started with Gwyneth reading a fan’s question asking if she understands the "beef" people online say she has with Meghan.

She then replied that she has no idea what it’s about, then the camera turns to Meghan and asks her if she gets it.

Meghan just shrugs, and the two laugh together, showing there’s no drama between them.
