Prince William, Kate break silence after Harry, Meghan's first outing in UK

Prince William and Princess Catherine seemed to have doubled down on their plan to stay focussed on their work and stay away from the chaos surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s return to Britain.

Nearly two weeks of silence, around the same time since the Sussexes landed at the Birmingham airport, there has been silence on the social media of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

It is understandable that the Waleses were on a summer break before Prince George joined Eton College.

However, it is not unlikely for the couple to spare a few moments to share a comment if an important event takes place.

In their first post since resuming duties again, William and Kate chose to shed light on Air Ambulance Week 2026, which began on Monday.

“This year’s message is simple but powerful: Every Mission Starts With You,” the message read on a video footage highlighting the importance of the charity.

“Air ambulance charities across the UK provide lifesaving care to people when they need it most. But behind every mission is a network of supporters who help make that care possible,” it added.

“Watch our Air Ambulance Week campaign video below to find out more about the difference air ambulance charities make every day,” it continued. 

“Please share this post to help us raise awareness of the UK’s 21 air ambulance charities and the vital work they do.

“Together, we can help more people understand the lifesaving role of air ambulance charities.”

It also coincided with the first outings of Harry and Meghan since they arrived in UK. Prince Harry was seen in high spirits as he awas seen at Tower Bridge Studios in London.

Meanwhile, Meghan has been out and about on solo errands, including her Sunday visit to the lavish Farmhouse on Sunday.
