King Charles' office issued a statement as the talks about the rift between the current and future monarch dominate headlines.

On August 7, the royal family's official Instagram page continued to engage the audience with its usual daily updates, seemingly ignoring the growing speculation.

Palace released a series of pictures from Princess Anne's latest outing at Redford Barrack.

The Princess Royal attended The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo rehearsal as she has been their patron since 2006.

Anne "met with the international cast, military personnel, and crew responsible for bringing the Tattoo to life.

"This year, more than 800 people from around the world will perform against the iconic backdrop of Edinburgh Castle," the caption reads.

Notably, this post came at a time when insiders dropped bombshells about William's resentment over King Charles' melting heart towards the Sussexes.

Sources revealed that the father-son duo has been putting up a united front in public, but the real situation inside the Palace is completely opposite.

Cancer-stricken Charles is reportedly aiming to give a fair chance to Harry and Meghan, but William 'believes' they cannot be trusted.
