Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom put Daisy first amid their relationship shift.
As per a recent report by People, the 40-year-old pop star and the 48-year-old actor’s representative confirmed that the pair have broken up after nine years of being together.
According to the spokespersons, Katy and Orlando’s relationship had been changing for months before the news of their split broke.
“Representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months,” the statement reads.
However, the former couple will continue to “focus” on their four-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, and will maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship.
"They will continue to be seen together as a family," the representatives shared.
They went on to say, “Their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter (Daisy Dove, 4) with love, stability, and mutual respect."
It is pertinent to mention that, Katy and Orlando, who started dating in 2016, welcomed daughter Daisy in 2020, one year after their engagement.
