Brad Pitt is known for eating onscreen, but he once suffered an embarrassing incident that taught him to pace himself.
Pitt, 61, appeared on the Wednesday, July 2 episode of the Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce’s podcast New Heights to promote his new movie F1.
During their conversation, the actor recalled an embarrassing incident when Travis and Jason asked him about eating on set.
"I'll tell you a story. I hadn't thought about this for years," he began, “One of my first movies, I'm doing this little independent film.”
“We're shooting in this little tiny cafe. It's full of the crew, so there's about 60 people in there. It's hot. You can't breathe,” the Seven star recounted.
“And my character hadn't eaten for days and he gets his big plate of beans, first plate of beans and bacon,” he shared.
Pitt then shared that he took an "all method" approach to the scene and ate the whole plate of beans for every one of the four takes.
"Take four, I do the same thing. Something hit me," he shared.
The 61-year-old star continued, "And there was nothing I could do. I was stuck in this chair, and nature took its course. And then there was nothing. I went, 'Oh, great. I away with that one.' "
“And then suddenly, the entire crew, the most diabolical something descended on the crew in the whole room and they fled the cafe," Pitt recalled, making the NFL jocks laugh hard.
"Fled. So ever since then, I've paced myself," he shared.
“You should be proud," Jason declared. "You clear a room, that's a feat."
