King Charles hosted a star-studded reception at Buckingham Palace.
While the winners of the King's Trust Awards were invited, Hollywood’s power couple George and Amal Clooney also graced the event with their presence.
As the two made their elegant appearance at the London event, the international human rights lawyer carries a black off-shoulder dress while the iconic actor looked dapper in a grey suit.
The Clooneys are one of the earliest supporters of The King's Trust, formerly known as The Prince's Trust.
The Amal Clooney Women's Empowerment Award which was introduced in 2019 with the Trust, celebrates inspirational young females achieving different milestones all over the world.
Other famous figures that attended the event included TV presenters Declan Donnelly and Kate Garraway, beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury, supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and actress Dame Joanna Lumley.
At the event, King Charles met the winners of all eight UK categories of The Trust as well as the top three winners of the global categories ahead of the award ceremony, which will be held on Thursday at the Royal Festival Hall.
It is also pertinent to mention that barrister Amal Clooner, who is renowned for her work on defending women’s and human rights issues all over the globe, co-founded the Clooney Foundation for Justice (CFJ) alongside her husband, George Clooney.
CFJ is an initiative which began in 2016, committed to providing free legal aid in defense of free speech and women's rights in over 40 countries.
