Zara Tindall has just stepped in to take on a royal role that was once Queen Elizabeth’s, and now King Charles at the Royal Windosr Cup Final.
The role in question is one where the monarch presents a trophy at the Polo tournament, and happened this Sunday.
The event also held major significance as it was its 70th anniversary, and is known for being one of the five biggest Polo competitions in the world.
For the event she donned a sky blue suit, with an under shirt of a similar color, minimal jewelry, just a silver watch, a tan clutch, and gold drop earrings.
Her shoes of choice at the Guards Polo Club on Smith's were beige coloured heels.
What is pertinent to mention that Prince Philip, the previous Duke of Edinburgh, inaugurated these grounds, as its first-ever president.
The event brings together some of Britain’s biggest names, however, it was due to Prince William’s rumored discomfort at the games, that Zara Tindall was tasked with taking on the role.
According to a source from The Times, “he's never really seemed comfortable doing it.”
Even a second corroborated the same and admitted, “I never get the feeling the whole top hat and racing is really his thing, and he's said as much.”
