HGTV's House Party cohost, Loren Ruch breathed his last at age 55.

The TV personality who served as HGTV's head of content died on Thursday, June 12, via Variety.

As per the reports Loren passed away due to acute myeloid leukemia.

The chair of Warner Bros. Television Group, Channing Dungey, sent a memo to the outlet remembering Loren "for his unwavering dedication, endless kindness, and unshakeable integrity."

“Loren was the rare leader who lifted everyone around him ... Loren built not only hit shows but enduring relationships, serving as a mentor, advocate, and true friend to countless colleagues across the television landscape," the obituary read.

The departed soul was part of HGTV since 2008 as a top programming executive and worked on shows like A Very Brady Renovation, Dream Home and White House Christmas.

Dungey went on to say, "His impact stretched far beyond the screen. Loren was the connective tissue of every room he entered — the glue that bound teams, departments, and friendships. He possessed the rare gift of making people feel seen, valued, and inspired to do their best work."

"Loren’s light touched everyone lucky enough to know him. Though gone too soon, he leaves behind a lasting imprint on both the television industry and the lives of those who loved him," the 56-year-old ended her statement.
