King Charles, Prince Harry's reconciliation 'appears distant'

King Charles and his estranged son Prince Harry’s reconciliation ‘appears distant’, a royal insider has claimed.

Speaking to the Radar Online, a royal source claims, "As the King continues his cancer treatment and resumes public engagements, any hope of mending ties may be on hold indefinitely."

About Prince Harry and William’s relationship, the source told the media outlet, "The brothers have not spoken, and there is little chance they ever will again."

The fresh claims came after Prince Harry extended an olive branch to royals.

In an interview recently, Prince Harry said about his cancer-battling father King Charles: "He won't speak to me because of this security stuff.

"But it would be nice to reconcile. Life is precious. I don't know how much longer my father has."

The duke insisted: "I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the U.K. at this point.

"I love my country, I always have done, despite what some people in that country have done... and I think that it's really quite sad that I won’t be able to show my children my homeland.”

"I would love reconciliation with my family," Archie and Lilibet doting father recently told the BBC, adding: "There's no point in continuing to fight anymore."
