Brian Jason Wagner, who allegedly visited Taylor Swift's Los Angeles home multiple times over the past year, has claimed that he shares a child with the Guilt as Sin? singer
On Friday, June 6, the 14-times Grammy winner filed a restraining order against the alleged man, which stated as per Billboard, “During each of these visits, I am informed that Mr. Wagner made various statements about living at my property (not true), being in a relationship with me (not true), believing I am the mother of his son (not true), and needing to see me in person, all of which are untrue and disconnected from reality.”
Revealing his initial appearance at her home, the songstress continued, “On at least one of the occasions in July 2024, Mr. Wagner was carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon.”
Sharing that when he was in prison he wrote a letter to the 35-year-old singer about "his infatuation with (her), a romantic relationship with(her) (which does not exist), and other completely fabricated stories about his involvement in my personal life."
Before concluding, Taylor Swift claimed that she has a “fear of imminent harm.” She has “no relationship with Mr. Wagner” and she has “never met nor communicated with him.”
Following this, on June 9, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted her a temporary restraining order against the 45-year-old alleged man.
