Oasis returns with major comeback as new details revealed

Oasis gave fans a huge sign that their return is coming in 2027.

The band surprised people in Manchester on Thursday night with a huge light show above the Etihad Stadium.

Around 120 metres of drones came together in the sky to form the famous Oasis logo. The display stayed in the sky for about 10 minutes before disappearing.

The display also showed the date September 14, 2026, at 4pm BST. This is when Oasis will share more news about their 2027 tour.

Fans, however, have been waiting for this news since the band finished their 2025 comeback tour.

Liam and Noel Gallagher have also been sharing small clues online as well. These clues have pointed to cities such as Glasgow, Munich, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris and Rome.

Manchester could be one of the biggest stops. Reports say that Oasis could play many shows at the Etihad Stadium.

There is also discussion of the band returning to Knebworth, where they played their famous shows in the 1990s.

The news, moreover, came as Liam and Noel are also promoting their new Disney+ film about the band’s return.
