'Godzilla Minus Zero' sets the stage for a massive return

Godzilla Minus Zero is giving fans a bigger look at what is coming next.

A new trailer for the movie has now been released by Toho and GKIDS. The film will continue the story of Godzilla Minus One, which became huge hit around the world.

The new story wll take place in 1949, two years after the first movie. Japan is still trying to recover from the Second World War and the damage which was caused by Godzilla.

Ryunosuke Kamiki and Minami Hamabe are returning as Koichi Shikishima and Noriko Oishi. 

Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka and Sakura Ando are also returning as well.

The new trailer, however, shows Godzilla coming back once again. His return is set to bring more destruction as the people try to deal with another dangerous situation.

Takashi Yamazaki is also back as the writer and director. He will once again work on the movie’s visual effects.

His previous Godzilla movie was a major success. It also made history by winning the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects.

Godzilla Minus Zero will first be shown at the New York Film Festival on September 26.

The movie will be released in Japan on November 3, 2026. It will then reach North American cinemas on November 6.
