Inside Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's lavish new UK home: ‘beautiful'

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially touched down in Birmingham on Wednesday as they have made arrangements to stay in Cotswold.

The couple, who had a multi-million-dollar mansion in Montecito, and have plans to keep their US home along with the Portugal bolthole, have not skimped out on luxury for their UK abode.

While the jury is still out on what becomes to the taxpayer-funded protection for the family, it was revealed that this new home is “incredibly private”.

“Harry and Meghan have made it clear that they want to be able to be private individuals. They are not returning as working members of the Royal Family,” Katie Nicholl shared to Entertainment Tonight.

“They want their children to be able to enrol at their new school and be able to enjoy a private life.”

She shared that she had seen the photos of the new home but she wouldn’t be revealing the location.

The royal reporter described it being set in 83 acres of private farmland with “beautiful views” and there are no public footpaths to worry about peeping toms.

“What I can tell you is that it’s in the Cotswolds; it’s a very beautiful place; it’s an 18th-century farmhouse; it has a swimming pool and, most tellingly, it’s incredibly private,” she added.

Moreover, since this a massive home, there would be a need for an extensive security, which is currently being paid by Harry.

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will also be starting school from next week so here would be school runs, along with local shopping. Cotswold is where most celebrities live and the local shops are also very expensive.

For context, Meghan’s jam fruit spread is cheaper than the one available in their UK neighbourhood.
