Brittany Cartwright submits videos of Jax Taylor allegedly berating her

Brittany Cartwright has submitted video evidence in her push for a permanent restraining order against and custody battle with estranged husband Jax Taylor. 

According to transcripts obtained by TMZ, the former Vanderpump Rules star is heard repeatedly disparaging her weight and appearance.

In one alleged recording dated April 2017, Jax tells Brittany, "I don't need that s***. I want a confident fing skinny-ass bitch that's gonna fing walk around and be like, 'Yeah, go ahead, do what you wanna do.' I don't need some fing little bitch that's going to be crying." 

He continues, "Grow the f up, dude. Stop fing eating, go to the damn gym. Be skinny girl that's on TV, not a fing fat bitch," before adding, "Stop watching fing TV all day ... You should've been at the gym with me all day. I make money, I go to the fing gym. The f*** is your problem? Why can't you go?" 

Brittany can reportedly be heard asking him, "What's wrong with you? ... What's wrong with you, Jax? What's wrong with you?"

Later in the same recording, Jax allegedly tells her, "You have nothing! Go back to your fing Kentucky house. I don't give a s. Leave. Please go back to Kentucky, drunk ass b-tch," and when she asks if he's serious, responds, "I'm tired of your fing bitch a--. I'm tired, I don't want a girlfriend. I don't. I don't. I'm either going to break up with you now, or I'll break up with you on TV, your choice." 

The transcript also alleges Jax criticized her for watching Family Guy daily and told her to get a job, suggesting she volunteer at a pet store, while comparing her unfavourably to castmates.

"[Ariana], Katie ... they all do something and they're rich as f***. They do something every day. What do you do? Sit around, just get bigger. That's all you do."

A second recording, dated August 2017, allegedly captures Jax telling her, "I am the show, sweetie. You're a fen little Kentucky little b-tch that has nothing going on for you except for me, you little fen c***. You have nothing. You have nothing in here." 

When Brittany reportedly asked if he'd actually used that word, he responded, "Yeah, I did, sweetie."

Jax has disputed Brittany's abuse claims, characterising her actions as an attempt to turn public opinion against him online. 

He's acknowledged he isn't perfect, but has said he's been sober for the past 21 months.
