Jurors have reached a verdict in the Sean “Diddy” Combs and the rapper has been found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution but not guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering.
The jury’s complete verdict comes after they reached a partial verdict less than 24 hours ago.
The jury, which consisted of eight men and four women, submitted a letter to the judge at around 9:52 a.m. ET and informed him of their unanimous decisions on all counts.
Diddy and his family were present in the court when the verdict was reached.
This comes after the jury announced Tuesday that they had reached a partial verdict and were unable to reach a unanimous decision on the racketeering conspiracy charge.
“We have not reached a verdict on count 1 because we have unpersuadable jurors on both sides,” their noted read.
Judge Arun Subramanian told the jurors to take more time and deliberate further.
Combs was initially accused of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution, with a maximum sentence of life in prison.
However, on June 25, the prosecutors dropped the charges of attempted kidnapping, attempted arson and aiding and abetting sex trafficking, according to TMZ.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September 2024 and held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, without bail.
