Lizzo just revealed the “good as hell” three meals she has for weight loss.
The About Damn Time singer, who has been featured on the cover of Women’s Health latest issue, candidly discussed her experience of refining physical health.
In January 2025, the musician announced that she had achieved her "weight release goal," sharing a picture showing her Body Mass Index (BMI) reduced by 10.5 and lost 16% of her body fat since January 2023.
In her latest interview, Lizzo revealed that her meals now are mainly comprised of protein and vegetables with her go-to breakfast being two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a cauliflower hash brown.
For lunch, the Juice crooner alternates between three meals: a shredded Thai chicken salad, lettuce wraps stuffed with tuna, and sliced chicken breast.
As for dinner, however, Lizzo opts for a turkey meatloaf with cauliflower mashed potatoes and green beans.
However, due to a condition she suffers from, the Truth Hurts hitmaker is forced to wrap up dinner as early as 5 pm, explaining to the outlet why she has to eat the last meal of her day so early.
"I have GERD [gastroesophageal reflux disease], so my body needs time to digest food before I go to sleep, so acid doesn’t roll up to my throat," Lizzo told the magazine.
GERD is a condition that happens "when stomach acid flows back up into the esophagus and causes heartburn,” as per Mayo Clinic.
