Kelly Clarkson is reportedly torn between choosing her family and career.

As per the latest findings of RadarOnline.com, a source close to the singing sensation shared that Kelly loves her job, but she does not want to compromise on her time with kids.

Dishing more details, a source told the outlet that Kelly is still uncertain about her future as a show host because she wants to prioritize her family.

For those unversed, Kelly Clarkson rose to fame when she won the first season of American Idol on September 4, 2002.

She went on to make major contributions to the music industry with her songs such as A Moment Like This, her debut single, Since U Been Gone, Behind These Hazel Eyes and Because of You. After kickstarting her career as a songbird, Kelly started hosting her own talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, in 2019.

However, her contract is expected to expire and whether she will step down from her gig "seems to be a million-dollar question."

An insider from Life & Style also revealed that "Kelly loves the crew, singing with her band, and interviewing guests.”

They explained, “She's just tired of the grind of a daily talk show," noting, "Kelly has a very positive attitude, but it could be that she just realized how much time flies. So she's weighing her options."

The source also addressed that Kelly will not be motivated by a bigger paycheck, "And she doesn't want to seem ungrateful because the show has helped her in so many ways. It's kept her busy and sane when she needed it most. I think it really is all about getting balance back in her life."

"She's at a crossroads, she's torn because everyone is telling her she'd be crazy to step away from huge success, but missing time with her kids weighs heavily on her," they remarked in conclusion.
