Mark Ronson just unveiled his “number one” track.

The superstar producer had a conversation with Will Manning on the EE Official Big Top 40 where he blind ranked five of his biggest hits, including Uptown Funk and his Amy Winehouse collaboration, Valerie.

Surprisingly it wasn’t the funk genre track Valerie nor the highly energetic Uptown Funk that was ranked on top, rather it was his work with RAYE on his latest single, Suzanne, which was the winner for Ronson.

Speaking to Manning after hearing the track, he simply said: “Number one.”

“Because I’m changing the criteria each song, so now in this case, I was like, ‘which is one to five in chronological order of the newest? So that’s Suzanne,’” Ronson added.

Despite joking about the situation, he then confirmed it was his legit favourite track, saying, “It’s my favourite song I’ve ever made. Ever made. Ever.”

As he moved on further with the rankings Ronson put Ooh Wee in fifth place, Electricity in fourth, Valerie third, and Uptown Funk as his second favourite.

Manning teased the musician for looking unsure over his selection and stated, “You wanted to move it around though; I can tell in your face… It’s done, it’s written!”

“It’s in, it’s in the books. It’s all I can do,” Ronson replied.

For the unversed, Suzanne was released by Mark Ronson on June 13, 2025, in collaboration with RAYE, who won the BRIT Album of the Year earlier in 2025 and has been collaborating widely ever since.
