Blake Lively makes new legal move post Justin Baldoni success

Blake Lively just took another legal step against Justin Baldoni as their infamous It Ends With Us lawsuit carries on.
As per Daily Mail, new documents filed in court reveal that the Gossip Girl alum has requested compulsion of subpoenas from various executives associated to Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer.
The eight executives named are Ashmi Elizabeth Dang, Ahmed Musiol, Mitz Toskovic, Tera Hanks, AJ Marbory, Jennifer Benson, Shekinah Reese, and Jarriesse Blackmon.
According to the papers, Lively initially filed for third-party subpoenas in March and is now requesting the court to enforce them.
This comes after a New York judge denied the A Simple Favor talent’s application that sought a protective order seeking to block her text messages with pal, Taylor Swift from being presented as evidence in court.
The text messages subpoena on behalf of the director and actor comes in light of one bizarre text exchange in which The Shallows actress referred to herself as the Game of Thrones character, Khaleesi, and to Swift as one of her “dragons,” in a conversation with the Jane The Virgin star.
For the unversed, Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have been caught up in a fierce legal battle against each other ever since they worked together on the set of the romantic drama It Ends With Us, with the former suing him for harassment and the latter counter-suing her for defamation.
