Kanye West desperate to back out of Kim Kardashian legal battle

Kanye West doesn’t have the resources to continue the court case against Kim Kardashian over custody of their kids.

West’s net worth plummeted when he said offensive things about jews. The rapper’s worth was $ 1.5 billion when he had a deal with Adidas, but the fashion giant abandoned him over his remarks, and now his worth is around $ 400 million.

Now, he’s battling various legal battles, including a custody case with Kim over their kids, North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6. The cases are further draining his wallet, and the rapper wants to save his money now.

"His business opportunities have taken a nosedive over the past two years, and he's finally coming to grips with the reality that he’s in no position to fight with Kim, legally or financially," a tipster told Radar Online.

"He's terrified of a custody battle because his lawyers have warned it would cost him millions that he doesn’t have," the mole revealed.

According to the mole, West actually has access to a much lesser amount than what he’s worth on paper, and his ex-wife, Kim, is in a much better position financially.

"What he's worth on paper versus what he actually has access to is very different," a source said.

The tipster explained, "Kim's in a much stronger position than he is financially. The bigger issue, though, is the offensive things he's been doing and saying in public. His lawyers have warned him that will come into play if he goes to court with Kim."

"He's obviously hoping that if he backtracks, she might show some mercy and agree to a deal," they added.
