Lily Collins gushes about husband Charlie McDowell Father's Day tribute

Lily Collins penned a tribute for husband and first-time dad Charlie McDowell this Father's Day.
The actress, 36, marked the occasion with a cosy father-daughter moment between McDowell and their first child Dove, who was born via surrogacy in January 2025.
“Happy first Father’s Day @charliemcdowell. Tove is the luckiest little girl in the world to be yours. Seeing you with her is the most beautiful thing,” the Emily in Paris star wrote.
“You certainly were born to be a dad and you continue to amaze me every single day with the countless ways you protect and nurture her, make her laugh, and shower her with adoration,” she continued.
Collins concluded her post by expressing how thankful she was to share her motherhood journey with McDowell. “What would we do without you? We love you so so SO much,” she wrote.
The couple wed in September 2021 after getting engaged the same month a year earlier.
They first met in early 2019 on the set of Gilded Rage, a film he was directing and she was starring in.
