Prince Harry recreates Princess Diana moment 31 years later

Prince Harry relived a moment from his childhood by taking his own family to Disneyland.

On account of his daughter Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday, the Duke of Sussex and his family of four spent the day at Disneyland.

Prince Harry's recent trip with his own family of four was reminiscent of his August 1993 trip when he was only eight. He and his mother Princess Diana were also joined by his older brother Prince William, then 11, during their private visit to Walt Disney World in Florida. The trip happened just months after Diana’s separation from her husband, Prince Charles.

Back then, the trio also went on an exclusive ride on Splash Mountain, which was closed off to other guests. Diana and the boys were escorted through Disney’s secret underground tunnels for VIPs, accompanied by close friends and security.

Now 31 years later, his wife Meghan Markle shared a video montage of their family trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, just two days after Princess Lilibet turned four. Prince Archie, 6, was also present for the family trip.

The family also made stops for a ride on Tiana's Bayou Adventure and Dumbo the Flying Elephant as well as explored the Star Wars troopers and met a Disney Princess at the theme park.

However, Meghan maintained the privacy of her kids by adding heart emojis over Lilibet and son Archie’s faces.
