Levies force said on Wednesday that two motorbikes collided head on due to over speeding.
As a result, Hayatullah died on the spot while another received wounds.
The body and the injured were shifted to the district headquarters
hospital.
Later, the body was handed over to the heirs after completion of legal
formalities.
