Police said the bodies of the two prisoners have been sent for post mortem which would reveal the cause of their death.
According to prison sources, Amanat and Sher Ali suffered from liver and diabetic issues and were receiving medical treatment.
Sources added that the death warrants for the two prisoners had not been issued.
